這種是內容的問題，用戶加服務器IP白名單就可以了。

錯誤2

550 Connection denied

出錯原因：該服務器IP的發信頻率大幅度超過QQ郵箱限制。

錯誤3

550 Connection frequency limited

出錯原因：該服務器IP的發信頻率超過騰訊郵箱限制。

錯誤4

550 5.5.0 Invalid EHLO/HELO domain

原因：郵箱不存在

用戶把我們發送郵件當作垃圾郵件過濾掉了

客戶的郵件系統是Exchange，不知微軟的過濾規則為何擋了郵件，為了讓微軟把我們移出黑名單，只能給他們發郵件申訴了，delist@messaging.microsoft.com，申訴郵件內容：

Please Help me out to solve the belowisuue. My Below IP Address are showing Blacklisted on below dns address IP Address:IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx . Please Help me and removemy ip from black list Thank you! xxxxx

十分鐘以后，會收到微軟回復的郵件：

Hello , Thank you for your delisting request SRX1251909371ID. Your ticket was received on (Jun 25 2014 07:59 AM UTC) and will be responded to within 24 hours. Our team will investigate the address that you have requested to be removed from our blocklist. If for any reason we are not able to remove your address, one of our technical support representatives will respond to you with additional information. Regards, Technical Support

耐心等待微軟恢復你的郵件白名單。

錯誤7

出錯原因：對方某一臺收件服務器當時正處在繁忙之中或者我們的服務器和對方鏈接并不是很順暢。

解決方法：有可能是暫時的情況，用別的地址測試一下，看看是否被退信，或者過一段時間再發送一下。

錯誤8

出錯原因：收件人地址不存在或者收件人地址寫錯

解決方法：核對地址后重新發送

錯誤9

status=deferred(hostmxzwg4.mxhichina.com[58.68.254.104]said:450MI:IPB//www.net.cn/service/faq/youx/mailsy/200905/3781.html (in reply to MAIL FROM command))

出錯原因：450MI:IPB發信IP被暫時禁止，請檢查是否有用戶發送病毒或者垃圾郵件。

解決方法：聯系您的企業郵箱運營商

錯誤10

status=deferred(connecttoapllo-zm.com[60.191.124.236]:25:Connectiontimedout);from=, size=24500463, nrcpt=2 (queue active);

解決方法：用nslookup查詢對方郵箱服務器的ip地址，通過 telnet 對方服務器的25端口等方式確認是網絡連接不正常還是由于對方服務器的25端口沒有響應。一般說來，無論是網絡故障還是對方系統故障，都能被對方系統管理員很快被發現和恢復，所以可以選擇再次發送進行嘗試。對于部分國外的郵件服務商，出現這種情況持續的時間會比較長，如果嘗試超過1天都不能成功，建議先使用其他方式與收件人聯系。

錯誤11

1）status=bounced (host sohumx1.sohu.com[220.181.26.202] said: 553 5.7.3 CONTENT REJECT:10.10.71.82.2011062016.XXD6ywq8:dspam check:5://mail.sohu.com/info/policy/12 (in reply to end of DATA command)); 2）Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

出錯原因：1）內容被拒絕，可能是收件人對所接收的郵件進行了設置，內容中含有特定詞匯等會被拒絕；2）收件人地址被拒絕。

解決方法：核實對方是否對內容及賬戶進行了設置之后重新發送。

錯誤12

.Clienthostrejected: Access denied; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=

出錯原因：客戶端主機被拒絕。

解決方法：看一下客戶端接收郵件服務器設置是否正確，“我的服務器需要身份驗證”是否打鉤，測試一下發信25口是否已連接。

錯誤13

status=bounced (host mx1.mail.cnb.yahoo.com[203.209.228.250] said: 554 delivery error: dd Sorry your message to weixing201314@yahoo.com.cn cannot be delivered. 出錯原因：對方賬號被停用或者不可用。

解決方法：正常退信，換賬號發送

錯誤14

出錯原因：郵件過大，超出對方單封郵件接收范圍。

解決方法：對方換賬號，重新發送。
