• The ListView control (beta) displays data in variety of formats by using templates and styles. The control supports all the major functionality inherent for a ListView - UI virtualization, load on demand, item selection, filtering, grouping, sorting, header, footer, layout strategies, per item gestures, item reordering and animations. The control will be official by the end of March 2015.
• The SideDrawer is an application building block enabling quick and easy navigation across all levels of your app. The SideDrawer can be accessed from anywhere within your app and offers: 4 built-in opening directions - Left, Right, Top and Bottom and an array of predefined open/close animations.
• New LoopingList for Windows Store apps allows developers to visualize data items in a single column with great performance and looping capability. The control uses its own UI virtualized data source to ensure the best possible performance and slick experience for the end-user.
• New NumericBox for selecting numeric values from within a predefined range. The NumericBox now supports inserting 0 before the separator in case the user presses decimal separator before any digit.
